The Winninger Sektmanufaktur hand-picks rosemary from the steep vineyards above Winningen, presses it into a fragrant syrup, and folds it into a sparkling white-wine cuvée. The result is an aromatized, lightly sparkling drink that bottles the scent of a Mediterranean afternoon — pine, herb gardens, and warm stone — and brings it home for picnics, terrace evenings, and Friday-night pizza.
