Tasting notes
Pale straw with a green hue. The nose bursts with passion fruit, white peach, freshly grated lime zest and a lift of cut grass over wet stone. The palate is crisp and energetic, layering tropical fruit and citrus over a discreet creamy texture from a small portion of barrel-aged parcels, before a long, saline finish.
