Packaging
Every order is carefully packed in reinforced wine shipping boxes with individual bottle compartments. We use temperature-stable materials and discreet packaging, so your wine arrives exactly as it should.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, for any reason — defective, corked, or simply a change of mind. For defective or damaged wines, we cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
For change-of-mind returns of unopened bottles, return shipping is at your expense. To start a return, email moritz@sommelia.ch with your order number and we will take care of the rest.
