These terms govern orders placed with sommelia.ch, operated by Mond, Badenerstr. 434, 8004 Zurich, Switzerland.

Scope

These terms apply to all purchases made through sommelia.ch. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include 8.1% VAT. Payment is collected at time of order via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT).

Delivery

We deliver within Switzerland. Free shipping on orders over CHF 100; CHF 9 flat rate otherwise. Delivery within 2–4 business days.

Returns

14-day right of return for unopened bottles in original condition. Defective or damaged wines: contact moritz@sommelia.ch for a free return and full refund or replacement.

Age Restriction

The sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 is prohibited by Swiss law. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years of age.
