About this wine
H.Blin only declares a vintage in exceptional years. The 2018 is their cellar master's judgment that the harvest was worth eight years of patience — the minimum ageing for this cuvée. Equal parts Meunier and Chardonnay, the two grapes of Vincelles working as equals: the Meunier bringing fruit and roundness, the Chardonnay bringing linearity and persistence. A Champagne that rewards a proper glass, a proper meal, and someone at the table who wants to talk about what they're drinking.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with fine, elegant bubbles. The nose unfolds on white fruits — pear, apple, white peach — with a gentle honey note and light citrus lift. On the palate, linear and precise: aromatic complexity balanced by fresh citrus, a beautiful persistent length, and the harmony that only extended time on lees can give.

This is what the cooperative has been building toward since Henri Blin founded it in 1947: a vintage wine that speaks of a specific year and a specific place in the Marne Valley.
