About this wine
An audacious crossover from the Winninger Sektmanufaktur. Sparkling Coffee is brewed from cold-extracted specialty coffee, naturally fermented and finished with a fine traditional-method-style mousse — a virtually alcohol-free apéritif (0.5% vol) that drinks like a serious sparkling wine. Sugar is kept low, the bubble is honest, and the result is a no/low bottle for moments that still ask for a real opening ceremony.
Tasting notes
Deep chestnut-brown in the glass with golden reflections and a delicate perlage. The nose layers malt, kombucha freshness, and a surprising lift of orange. On the palate, biscuit, gentle roast, and soft caramel spice — a restrained sweetness balanced by refreshing acidity. The finish is dry, herbaceous, and elegant, with whispers of dark chocolate.
