About this wine
H.Blin is a respected cooperative house founded in 1947 in Vincelles, whose vigneron heritage in the Marne Valley dates back to Gallo-Roman times. Brut Tradition is the soul of that terroir — a Meunier-led assemblage (70% Meunier, 20% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir) drawn from Vincelles and its surrounding villages, dosed at 6 g/L and aged a minimum of 24 months on the lees. Round and gourmand. Wine Spectator 91/100, James Suckling 92/100.
Tasting notes
Golden colour with a fine, persistent effervescence. Notes of yellow fruits — peach and apricot — on the nose. The palate is gourmand: the aromas of the nose amplified, all in balance with a refreshing freshness.
Food pairings
Tapas and Iberian ham croquettes, Marinated grilled pork ribs, Roasted cauliflower with burrata, Roasted brie with mushrooms and hazelnuts
