About this wine

A hundred percent Meunier — the grape that builds most non-vintage Champagne blends but rarely gets to stand alone. Vincelles in the Marne Valley is Meunier country: the clay-chalk soils and sheltered microclimate produce a character no other sub-region in Champagne delivers in the same way. Extra-Brut at just 4 g/L dosage — tight and precise, not softened by sugar. Gault & Millau scored it 94 in 2024. H.Blin calls this their emblematic cuvée. Spend ten minutes with it and you will understand why.

Tasting notes

Pale gold with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is floral with scents of apple blossom and fresh butter. On the palate, apple, pear and brioche dominate with the Meunier's characteristic liveliness and freshness. The finish is clean, long, and defined — the Extra-Brut dryness giving the wine a precision and grip that distinguishes it from softer NV blends.
