About this wine

The H.Blin Brut Rosé takes its colour the old way: a base Champagne of 60% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, to which H.Blin adds a small percentage of red Meunier wine they vinify themselves — an assemblage method that gives the wine depth and presence most rosé Champagnes skip. The result is Pinot Noir in full expression: structural, fleshy, with a long red-fruit finish. Minimum 24 months on lees. A rosé you open with food, not just for the aperitif.

Tasting notes

Harmonious pink with a lively mousse. The nose is fresh and direct — wild strawberries and a whisper of raspberry. On the palate, fleshy and tensioned with notes of black and red fruits, a firm backbone, and a long, driven finish that holds its structure through the last sip.

Aromas

wild strawberry, raspberry, cherry, red currant, rose petals, black fruit

Editor's note

Most rosé Champagne is pink for aesthetics. The H.Blin Brut Rosé is built on 60% Pinot Noir and coloured with a small addition of red Meunier wine they make themselves — an old method H.Blin calls mastered know-how. You can taste the difference: flesh, tension, real red-fruit character. The kind of rosé you pair with actual food.
