About this wine
Another face of Chardonnay. H.Blin's Blanc de Blancs is a 100% Chardonnay cuvée from the Vincelles terroir where tension, freshness and minerality are complemented by an intense, atypical aromatic side. Dosed at 7 g/L, aged a minimum of 24 months on the lees. Delicacy and freshness in equal measure.
Tasting notes
Pale yellow colour with fine bubbles. The nose expresses exotic notes of lychee and pineapple. The palate has good length — a delicious, upfront attack reveals aromas of stewed fruits and citrus notes.
