About this wine

The Sparkling Tea Rosé from C.Kloss is the companion to the white: a non-alcoholic sparkling beverage built on cloudy pear juice from Mosel orchards, layered with blackcurrant leaf, green oat herb, peppermint, home-brewed kombucha and lavender blossom tea. The colour — a beautiful cloudy garnet-rosé — comes from rosehip and hibiscus added during production. Like the white, this contains no alcohol, no artificial additives, and is built exclusively from Central European ingredients. The Wildblumen-Lavendel designation says it all: wildflower meadows and Mosel lavender, captured in a bottle.

Tasting notes

Cloudy garnet-rosé, naturally hazy. The nose is fragrant and complex — herbal tea, dried wildflowers, red berries, hibiscus and rosehip. On the palate, pear and raspberry come first, followed by subtle mint and a long herbal finish. More structured than a juice, more interesting than a sparkling water. A genuine table wine alternative.

C.Kloss built it on Mosel pear juice and layered it with wildflowers, lavender, rosehip and hibiscus. No alcohol, no artificial anything.
