D'Issan is a historic Margaux estate — moated château, 12th century origins, Third Cru Classé. Blason is where you get the elegance of that terroir at a more accessible entry point. The 2020 has the ripeness of a great vintage without losing the Margaux lightness — perfumed, polished tannins, the cedar and violet finish that the appellation does better than anywhere.
