What to eat with it
Two dishes that work with this wine, two flavours you'll notice, and the right temperature to pour it. No wine-speak.
The back
Room for your note
Lines for a name, a few words and your signature. Have it sent straight to someone and they get a card you wrote, not a packing slip.

Why it's on our shelf
Sacha Lichine arrived at Château d'Esclans in 2006 with a single idea: make Provence rosé serious. The Pale is the wine that proved it could be done. Bone dry, very pale pink, stainless steel with lees aging. Peach, pink grapefruit, a soft creamy finish. One of the most awarded rosés in the world, and the wine that reset the standard for the entire category. Open it cold, open it fast.
