Sacha Lichine arrived at Château d'Esclans in 2006 with a single idea: make Provence rosé serious. The Pale is the wine that proved it could be done. Bone dry, very pale pink, stainless steel with lees aging. Peach, pink grapefruit, a soft creamy finish.
