Suduiraut is a Premier Cru Sauternes — the botrytis wine that competes with Yquem in great years. Lions de Suduiraut is what happens when that estate's terroir and winemaking is applied to a dry white: more texture, more richness, more structure than most Bordeaux Blancs. The 2023 is the kind of bottle that surprises people who think they don't like Bordeaux whites.
