Petit Meslier is one of the four original authorized Champagne grapes — alongside Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier — that nearly disappeared in the 20th century when growers switched to higher-yielding varieties. H.Blin is one of only a handful of producers who still grow it. Zero dosage, no malolactic fermentation, 4 years on lees. Lime blossom, bergamot, yuzu, a salinity that doesn't let go. I ordered 6 bottles. That should tell you something.
