The case for Meunier as Champagne's most underrated grape.
On every bottle
Every bottle comes with a card
One side tells you what to eat with it and what it tastes like. The other side is empty — write a note and the bottle becomes a present.
The front
What to eat with it
Two dishes that work with this wine, two flavours you'll notice, and the right temperature to pour it. No wine-speak.
The back
Room for your note
Lines for a name, a few words and your signature. Have it sent straight to someone and they get a card you wrote, not a packing slip.
Included with every bottle.

Why it's on our shelf
A hundred percent Meunier — the grape that builds most non-vintage Champagne blends but rarely gets to stand alone. Vincelles is Meunier country, and this shows why: floral, structured, lively, with a character the other two classic varieties don't deliver in the same way. Gault & Millau gave it 94. Once you've had a glass you start reading the back label on every NV Champagne you open.
