What to eat with it

Why it's on our shelf
The Sauvignon Blanc made Cloudy Bay famous. The Pinot Noir is why serious wine buyers keep coming back. Southern Valleys clay, cool north-facing slopes, 21 days on skins, 11 months in French oak. The 2023 season ran warm and long — each block picked at full maturity. Victoria plums, cherry, redcurrant acidity, a whisper of toast. Marlborough Pinot Noir doesn't get enough credit. This is why it should.
