Choosing a non-alcoholic bottle

01

Check what the bottle actually is

De-alcoholised wine, sparkling tea and other drinks are different products. Check the alcohol level on each bottle: some can contain traces of alcohol.

02

Match the moment

A dry sparkling bottle works well for apéro; something with more body can stay with dinner. Tell us where it needs to fit.

03

Serve it with the same care

Chill it properly, use a good glass and put it on the table with everything else. The ritual should feel as considered as the alcoholic option.

Want the reasoning first?
