Why it's on our shelf
C.Kloss has been making Sekt in Winningen since 1856. The Sparkling Tea is a different project: a zero-alcohol alternative built on the same precision and regional sourcing they bring to their sparkling wines. The Wildkräuter-Linde — wild herbs and linden blossom — is the complex one: cloudy apple juice layered with regional botanicals. Falstaff gave it 94 points. We agree.
